- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).<br />- In a small bowl, stir together butter, mustard, and honey. Set aside.<br />- In another bowl, mix together bread crumbs, pecans, and parsley. <br />- Brush each salmon fillet lightly with honey mustard mixture, and sprinkle the tops of the fillets with the bread crumb mixture. <br />- Bake salmon 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until it flakes easily with a fork. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with a wedge of lemon. <p><b><p>Ingredients:</p></b></p><ul><li>2 pieces of salmon</li><li>55 gr butter, melted</li><li>45 ml Dijon mustard</li><li>20 ml honey</li><li>25 gr dry bread crumbs</li><li>30 gr finely chopped pecans</li><li>5 g chopped fresh parsley</li><li>salt and pepper to taste</li><li>1 lemon, for garnish</li></ul>

<p>- Season salmon fillets with lemon pepper, garlic powder, and salt.<br />- In a small bowl, stir together soy sauce, brown sugar, water, and oil until sugar is dissolved. <br />- Place fish in a large resealable plastic bag with the soy sauce mixture, seal, and turn to coat. <br />- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. <br />- Preheat grill for medium heat. Lightly oil grill grate. Place salmon on the preheated grill, and discard marinade.<br />- Cook salmon for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.</p><b><p>Ingredients:</p></b><ul><li>2 pieces of salmon</li><li>lemon peper to taste</li><li>garlic powder to taste</li><li>salt to taste</li><li>80 ml soy sauce</li><li>80 gr brown sugar</li><li>80 ml water</li><li>80 ml olive oil</li></ul>Serve Salmon on a bed of salad (like baby spinach) with rice.
