Smoked Salmon with Asparagus, Capers and Rocket

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (125ml) extra virgin olive oil
- 250gr asparagus, trimmed, sliced thinly
- 375gr angel hair pasta
- 150gr smoked salmon, sliced thinly
- 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh chives
- 75 gr baby rocket
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Proscuitto and Pea Pasta

(2 Persons) Cook pasta in a large saucepan in salted water with a few drops of olive oil until just tender. Drain and return to the pan.
Blend a teaspoon cornflower with a little cream until smooth, stir in the rest of the cream.
Heat olive oil in a large frying pan and cook the proscuitto ham until browned lightly. Add cream mixture, peas and half the grated parmesan cheese. Cook, while stirring, until the saus boils and thickens slightly.
Toss the sauce through the hot pasta, season to taste with pepper and salt.
Place pasta mixture in a greased 2-litre ovenproof dish, and sprinkle the rest of the parmesan cheese over it. Place dish onder preheated grill until lightly browned.

- 50-100gr grated parmesan cheese
Fetucini with Smoked Salmon

(2 Persons) Boil 250gr Tricolor Fetucini in salted water (with a little olive oil) until its done. Heat 500gr saus (a cheese saus works generally well). Chop 200gr smoked salmon and one Advocado, and mix it all in a pan. Sprinkle some baby capers over it all. Voila!

Oven Baked Potatoes

Peel potatoes and cut in four pieces across the long side. Use a brush or spray can to coat the potatoes with olive oil and place on a oven tray lined with alu foil. Sprinkle pepper and salt, rosemary and a herb mix to taste. Bake in the oven for approx 20-30 minutes on 200-22- degrees.
